TikTok Shop Malaysia voucher guide: seller vouchers, LIVE vouchers and free shipping (2026)

How TikTok Shop is different

Shopee and Lazada think in slots. TikTok Shop thinks in who funds the voucher. Sellers fund seller vouchers; TikTok funds platform vouchers and subsidies; and a product can only carry one price promotion at a time. Once you see it that way, the rules are simple:

The mistake almost everyone makes: claiming three seller vouchers from the same shop and expecting them to add up. They do not. Only the largest applies. Spend your effort on getting the item at a LIVE price and one big seller voucher, then stack the platform layers on top.

Where vouchers hide

• Product page: seller regular vouchers and new-customer vouchers, plus Bonus Extra Program vouchers on enrolled sellers.
• Shop page: shop-wide vouchers and follower vouchers (follow first).
• LIVE stream: the pinned voucher card, the voucher panel in the shopping bag, and the platform LIVE Follower Voucher. Tap Claim; non-followers who tap it follow and receive it in one go.
• Chat: a seller can send a chat voucher through TikTok Shop messages; it is claimed automatically the moment it is sent.
• Shop tab and campaign page: platform free-shipping vouchers and campaign vouchers (search the campaign name, for example “Jualan Ihsan Rahmah”).

Sale-day timing

TikTok Shop Malaysia does not publish fixed voucher slots. From its campaign coverage:

• 8pm to 12am is the daily “shopping hours” window with the deepest discounts (10.10 Super Sale 2025).
• All-Star and celebrity LIVEs run 8pm to 11pm or 9pm to 11pm, with daily LIVE vouchers and up to 90% off LIVE vouchers released during the stream (11.11 2024). TikTok said it planned more than 1,000 All-Star LIVE sessions in 2026.
• Launch LIVEs can start late: Jualan Ihsan Rahmah opened with a stream from 11:30pm to midnight on 8 Sept 2026.

If you want the LIVE price, you have to be in the stream when the flash sale is pinned. Set the alarm for 8pm.

Mistakes that cost money

1. Claiming every seller voucher in a shop. Only the biggest one applies; the rest are noise.
2. Buying from the product page when the same item is in a LIVE flash sale ten minutes later.
3. Skipping the follow. Follower vouchers, seller and platform, need you to follow the shop first.
4. Forgetting the platform free-shipping voucher in the Shop tab. It stacks; it is free money.
5. Paying with a random card when a Public Bank Visa would have taken RM15 off.
