Lazada Malaysia voucher guide: stack store, shipping, platform and bank vouchers (2026)
Lazada lets a single order carry a store voucher, a free-shipping voucher, a platform voucher and one payment voucher, plus LazCoins. Here is the order to claim them, the 8pm rule, and the bank offers running now.
Voucher rules change often. Always check the voucher wallet in the app before you pay.

Claim order on sale day
From 12am daily, and especially on the campaign's first day, collect the Semua Free Shipping voucher on the Free Shipping page. It stacks with everything except gift-card code vouchers.
At 8pm the evening before D-day, collect the campaign and Lazada platform vouchers (often 'up to RM1,000'). Set an alarm: the biggest ones are gone in minutes. On D-day, watch for Early Bird (7 to 10am) and Happy Hour (2 to 6pm) flash vouchers.
On each store page or product page, collect the store voucher (for example 10% storewide on LazMall 'Hall of Fame' brands). These stack with platform, shipping and payment vouchers.
Choose one payment voucher: a bank or FPX voucher, or an e-wallet voucher, never both. Check whether it is allowed alongside your platform voucher, then pay with that exact method (for AmBank, choose Online Banking (FPX) and AmBank).
Avoid typed promo codes if you want to stack. Code vouchers only combine with free shipping.
At checkout, apply LazCoins and any LazCash balance, then read the voucher summary before paying. If a voucher disappeared, a rule above is why. For Chup Dulu pre-orders, pay the 90% balance inside the D-day window so campaign vouchers apply.
What stacks with what
Lazada’s own help centre is app-only, so the rules below come from Lazada’s campaign press releases and from RinggitPlus, which has tracked the stacking matrix since 2023. Lazada’s 9.9 2025, 11.11 2025 and 9.9 2026 releases all describe the same four-layer stack: store vouchers + free shipping + platform + payment, and say platform and store vouchers “can be stacked with LazCoins”.

The one rule that changed and still catches people: RinggitPlus reported that from the 4.4 2024 sale, bank and e-wallet vouchers no longer stack with platform vouchers. Bank terms on Maybank’s page say the same in their own words (“may not be combined with other vouchers”). So on a big order, work out which is worth more, the campaign voucher or the bank voucher, and expect only one.
Lazada Bonus (RM9 off per RM90) and Everyday Cashback have not appeared in any 2025 or 2026 campaign release; treat them as gone.
The 8pm rule
Every Lazada double-date sale since 2025 has started at 8pm the evening before the date: 9.9 opened 8pm on 8 Sept, 11.11 opened 8pm on 10 Nov, 12.12 opened 8pm on 11 Dec, and 9.9 2026 put its campaign vouchers live at 8pm on 8 Sept. AmBank’s official campaign page spells out the same window for the whole year: from 8pm the day before until 11:59pm two days after. For 10.10 2026 that implies 8pm on 9 Oct to 11:59pm on 12 Oct, though Lazada had not announced 10.10 as of 22 September.
Inside a campaign day, the recurring slots are:
- Early Bird flash vouchers 7 to 10am and Happy Hour 2 to 6pm (RM11 e-vouchers in 2025).
- All Out Deals (RM11, RM16 or RM19 items) at 12am, 8am and 9pm, or 3pm and 9pm depending on the campaign.
- Surprise Boxes at 10am (9.9 2026).
- Chup Dulu: pay 10% to lock a price during the teaser week, pay the 90% balance on D-day using campaign vouchers.

For reference, the 9.9 2026 line-up was BSN (RM6 off RM50 and RM20 off RM200, stackable), UnionPay (RM15 off RM80 and RM15 off RM120), Mastercard (RM10 off RM100), AEON Credit (RM35 off RM200), Public Bank (RM25 off RM200; app-only RM50 off RM500 and RM100 off RM1,000), UOB (RM32 and RM28 off RM200) and Bank Muamalat (RM25 off RM250). Mistakes that cost money
- Typing a promo code and losing the platform, store and bank vouchers in one move.
- Collecting an e-wallet voucher and a bank voucher and expecting both. One payment voucher per order.
- Waiting until D-day for the big campaign vouchers. They go live at 8pm the night before and are usually gone by 8:05.
- Paying with the wrong method. A bank voucher tied to FPX does not apply if you pay by card.
- Letting a Chup Dulu balance lapse. Pay inside the D-day window or the deposit is wasted.
